Paintless Dent Repair Training FAQ's

Where are the courses held ?
Courses are held in Maidstone in Kent, England.

How many students are there in a class ?
A maximum of two people on each course.  Training in any bigger group sizes just wouldnt give the results I have built my reputation on.

What do I need to bring with me to the training school ?
Everything you need is provided but there are just three things that you need to come along with: an open mind, a willingness to listen and a desire to learn.  If you have those then you are halfway there already.  Also casual comfortable clothing and don’t forget your glasses or contact lenses if you wear them and a camera, or mobile phone with camera, so you can look back at your progress throughout the course.

Do I need some car related experience before you can teach me dent repair ?
No, in fact those with no experience at all can often learn faster.

Will I really be able to start earning straight away ?
The training will provide you with all you need to know so you can begin to earn a wage as soon as you are ready.

I do not have enough money to pay for tools and training – what should I do ?
Don’t worry neither did I ! That is why I can show you how to make some of your own tools – remember in PDR its not what your tool looks like its how you use it. So, proper training first, shiny tools last.

Will I need a special vehicle to carry repair tools and create a professional image to my customers ?
No, definitely not. If you have a family car or small runabout that will work just fine for you (your dent tools don’t really weigh more than your weekly shopping). Remember you will be selling your unique skills and professionalism – frankly, no one cares what you drive, its their car they are interested in, not yours. If you want to advertise then magnetic signs work well or, for a more professional look, get some stick on plastic graphics.

I am thinking of booking but cant quite make my mind up !
No one can persuade you to do anything you do not want to do. Unless you have real will and determination to succeed in PDR like any other profession then the road ahead will be a rocky one. Take your time to think through your present situation and carefully weigh up the pro’s and cons. Dent repair can earn you a good wage, but you do have to go out there and remove those dents once we show you how. If you like cars and enjoy working with your hands then we don’t think there is a better way to stay clean and make money doing something that you enjoy.

What is different about your PDR course ?
I am just the same as you – a normal hard working person. But I am willing to share my experiences and secrets. I teach you everything you need to know about dent repair so you can start your own business as soon as you want to. I also have a unique method which you will not find on any other course. I also teach ALL forms of reflection, not just one method.

Is my booking secure (guaranteed) ?
Yes, once I have received your deposit your chosen course date is completely secure. No one will take your place unless for any genuine reason you need to change your date – only then will it be offered to anyone on the waiting list.

Is my deposit refundable or transferable ?
Deposits are not refundable, however they are fully transferable to another course date (subject to availability) if for any genuine reason you are unable to attend.

What are the payment terms ?
A £500 deposit is required upon booking to secure your chosen course date which you can pay by bank transfer or PayPal or credit/debit card.

The balance payment is payable at the end of your first day on the course.  You can pay that in cash, by bank transfer or with a credit/debit card.
Sorry we do not accept cheques.
